I think what the Op finds in non pleasing is a fake combination of sorts, as all of have stated there are lovely combination when this occurs from nature.

I am Hispanic and have that honey blonde hair as does my dad, my mom and grandma came from Canary Islands and thus my eyes change color from blue to green and back again and sometimes very dark green almost brown.

A lot of the island folks also had the same thing, my skin was fair but my brothers were very tan and they had blue eyes and brown hair. When it is natural it is wonderful and lovely, when it is a bottle then well it doesn't look as nice.

How silly! Of course most blondes aren't naturally so and might not choose the right tone of blonde but to say blondes look strange with brown eyes

Natural light blonde (as a child, my hair was very very pale, it became more golden in time) with natural () brown eyes, here.

Yeah the chance of two blue eyed parents having a brown eyed child is almost zero, I hear, not much higher if one has green eyes.

Not suggesting you're adopted or anything lol.

I think brown eyes with blonde hair can look beautiful together. What I don't like are real dark eye-brows with blonde hair. Watched an actress on TV the other night who had these real black brows with light blonde hair and it looked very harsh.

I think blondes with brown hair and blue eyes are beautiful. The only time I don't like it is if they have dark eyebrows, but that doesn't relate to eye colour. If someone has naturally dark hair, they'll usually have dark eyebrows and it never looks right when they dye their hair blonde.

I was thinking, as a guy, I generally don't find the brown eyes-blonde hair combo all that appealing. I prefer blonde women to have blue eyes (or green or at least light hazel), even if they aren't natural blondes. Brunettes can be just as beautiful as blondes, of course, and they can look beautiful with dark or light eyes. There's just something about blonde hair and brown eyes I generally find a bit unnatural.

What do you think?

Living in Orlando I have seen a lot of female tourists from Brazil with that combination. I know they are natural blonds because many are still children. Too young to die their hair.

Not exactly true -- there are two eye colors. Blue and brown. Hazel and green are variants of brown. Brown eyes genes are dominant. So it's possible for two blue eyed parents who come from brown eyed /blue eyed parents to have a brown eyed child, because they have brown eyed DNA in them.

DNA stuff is cool.

I have a brown-eyed friend who married a brown-eyed man, and their two children have icy-blue eyes. And there's no question that he's the father ~ one of them looks exactly like his mother (who has blue eyes, by the way).

My friend's parents are brown-eyed but her granny has icy-blue eyes. "Throw-backs" are always highly possible in the genetic code.
