Wow. Her face looks older in the pic I posted! She's 27, but in that pic she looks 40. I'm glad you guys identified her, though, because now I can look at other pictures. Twiggy upper arms are not in my future. I was picturing someone more athletic. Dang!

You said more athletic, is this what you were looking for?

Very nice, but too much for me personally. I don't think I could achieve those cuts in my arms.

I looked up Goulart's stats just for giggles. 5'10" and 115 lbs. When I was a junior in high school, I was at my lowest weight for my height, 128. She's a little shorter. Our measurements were about the same, 34-24-36, although my waist was 22" at one point. I was thin, my doctor said I was underweight, and I still had 15 lbs on this chick. My ideal weight is 165. I would like to find a body role model that is not a twig or a tank. I think if I had that kind of muscularity, I'd look like a football player.

I can't either, unless I am willing to sacrifice too much to get it; and it's not worth the sacrifice for me personally.

This one's a bit more feminine, and minus the big fake knockers; she's got a good athletic build.

I have a friend that about your size and weight, but she DOES have muscle mass. She competes in a hybrid of fitness and bodybuilding. When she's not cut for comps, she looks like any other regular athletic/active woman; when she cuts for comps, she's a beast!

Here's a fitness web page about her.

julia crossley - Extreme Fitness

If you like her build, I can hook ya up with her for tips and ideas.
