So what if it's for vanity reasons? If it makes people feel better about their appearance, good for them. Doesn't bother me one bit.

Because society likes to tell women that full lips are superior to thin lips. There's tons of products out there designed to make lips appear fuller in addition to the collagen injections you refer to.

My lips are thin, but I have proportionately small facial features. I'd look funny with fakey mcfake duck lips.
