Default Does shorts makes a man appear shorter?

Guys, a little here please. Does wearing shorts makes a 5'4" man appear shorter?

Only in the state of Georgia. Which, incidentally, is the name of this forum...

I guess the corollary to this questions is: Do long pants make a man look longer?

Do the shorts have horizontal or vertical stripes? Do they end above the knee or below? What is the ratio of the circumference of the short pant to the circumference of the actual leg. Is there a difference between the left and the right leg? Are the shorts worn with a belt? Are the shorts worn with a shirt, t-shirt, jacket, or bare chest. If any of the shirts, how much (if at all) do they overlap the upper seam of the shorts? What shoes, if any, are worn with the shorts? Are there other males around? In shorts? Does this question only pertain to Georgia?

There are just sooooo many factors that play into a resolution of this issue. I think we need much more information before anyone can try to answer this question.

If you're short...you're short....stand next to someone taller and it's noticed! Doesn't matter what kind of pants you have on!

Nope.
No shorter, no taller, unless you are putting on high heels too! LOL!
