This just sounds wreckless.
It makes me think of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry or whoever runs his car off the road staring at that woman wearing a bra.

I guarantee all the people posting it looks tacky are women, men love it. It's just not common in real life outside modeling because it's impractical. Only time I see underboob is on those glorious occasions on the beach when a busty woman wears a too small bikini top.
