Really? I've never actually worn out a pair of jeans. I eventually get rid of them because I'm tired of them, but they seem to last forever.

The problem with that, IMO, is that trendy jeans go out of style quickly, so spending a lot of money on them doesn't make sense because they are out of style before they are worn out. Applies to more than just jeans in fact, so that's why I try to buy stuff that's not overly trendy.

I've worn out a couple of pairs of Express jeans in the past. One pair at the top corner of one of the back pockets, the other pair in the groin area where the 4 leg panels all meet.

If you wash them in hot water and high heat, it may not last that long.

I do not care for trend. I like boot cut/bell bottom style and that is 70s.
