I suffer from flat feet which means every shoe is pretty much a problem for me except sneakers. I also have a neuroma so i can't wear shoes that have too narrow of a toe box or it hurts. I can't wear sandals with heels unless they have an ankle strap or my foot with slide through and my toes will basically be touching the floor. It is so frustrating. I am getting married this year and have no idea what shoes to wear everything hurts...Any suggestions?

Get a pretty ballet flat and put orthotics in it.

Any shoe with real arch support, I.e., a steel shank, will be comfortable. Some dress shoes used to have steel shanks. Another choice might be SoftWalk, they have pretty good arch support and a patented footbed. I can wear them all day the first time. I order mine from Zappos.com,ery reputable seller and returns are no problem. The shoes run true to size IMO but they have ratings of what others think about the fit.
