Default Shoe Mania

I have about 30 pairs of shoes and several different styles in the same color! It is a normal thing for a lot of us women. I work in an office and have to dress up everyday, so I have a lot of shoes and clothes.

They are in the bottom of my closet, underneath the bed and on two over the door shoe racks in two different rooms.

Thankfully my hubby is okay with it, he just shakes his head and goes about his business. LOL!!

Currently around 40...give or take... including boots.
I donate my "old" ones and replace them with new.
And I also have a "shoe/boot/handbag" closet...

I have about 50 pairs...I keep an over-the-door shoe organizer in the guest closet for my dressy shoes, I keep my flip flops (suede, bamboo, and good old plastic ones) in a crate in the closet of another bedroom and I keep my usual shoes (a couple of dressy, work pumps, running shoes and wooden platforms) in my room. All the other shoes are on a rack inside one of the other rooms. Every shoe is tagged and accounted for. Anything that's too weird or delicate stays in a box with a label. I like shoes but I'm actually not much of a shoe person. But I do think it can make or break an outfit.

...um 'about' 50 pairs, not counting flip flops. I keep them in see through shoe boxes with a picture label on the front. I have a small closet, so organiziation is key!

I'm guessing around 50 or so (I have to have at least 12 pairs of boots.) But my husband is fortunate in that I'm a size 12...which are really hard to find! Well, sexy/hot size 12s anyway.

I love shoes and the day I found Zappos I was in size nine heaven. I don't know how many pairs of shoes that I own but I know I do have about 15 pairs that I have yet to wear even once! I sometimes look at them and think, " these are just too cute." Every so often I go through them and realize I have forgotten that I even had some of them! I am being a good girl now. I look but I don't buy. Sigh. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't buy any more new ones for awhile. Now, I just have to figure out the definition of
"awhile."

I have more than 50 pairs...each in their own plastic box. They are on the shelf in my closet, stacked three high. I have gotten into really high heeled sexy ones the past few years...don't get to wear them much, but when I do, I feel hot!

Shoe sales are dangerous for me. How can one resist a $200 pair of shoes that go for $40?!

Now my 10YO wears the same size as me...so she has inherited some of the cute sneakers and flat sandals.

I asked a good friend of mine why she had so many pairs of shoes. Her response was simply "I'm stocking up for the next shoe famine." Now that I look back on it, I appreciate her humor for such a reproachable question.
