I am glad we finally have this forum....

Does anyone else notice that even some expensive fragrances dont last ? I used to like Opium and Chanel/Coco- because the more Oriental fragrance (less sweet/floral) seems to last longer on me....what other fragrances does everyone like?

The muskier, dark fragrances are something I have always liked.

Insolence (guerlain) is one of my favorites. I usually prefer lighter, fresher scents but this one has a smoldering, yummy quality to it. It lasts forever on me.

Trish McEvoy #11 is my favorite fragrance, and I've tried plenty over the years, some expensive; some not...but I always go back to wearing this Trish fragrance.

I have always loved Ralph Lauren's fragrance, Blue. I usually only wear it in the winter though. And, it normally lasts all day long!

My sister wears Sarah Jessica Parker's fragrace, Lovely. Honestly, it is the most unusual scent I have ever smelled in my life! And it also lasts all day.

You're right about SJP's Lovely- it's pretty interesting. I usually don't like to read up on fragrances before I buy (I kind of like to guess what the notes are by sniffing for myself- I don't want to be influenced before purchasing) but I could not figure out what this scent was. So i finally looked it up and If I remember correctly, it's a combination of orchid, patchoulli, amber and musk notes.

I always liked oils but I also enjoy Victory Secret scents. They seem to last a long time.

How many fragrances do you have at this moment? Personally, I could never just wear one...so many moods, seasons, ocassions for just one.
