If a woman do not wear skirts in summer, does she have no feminine or not like a woman?

Look at all the Hollywood starlets who wear shorts - most people think they are very sexy. Same for slacks in colder weather, doesn't mean it's not attractive and feminine.

Being feminine to me is more about you deport yourself rather than what you wear as such. Skirts and Dresses can look utterly wrong on some women just as slacks can look very feminine . A dress is never going to make someone who is not comfortable in it look that attractive IMO. Femininity is more a frame of mind and the way one simply behaves .It goes way beyond clothes. A Woman does not need a skirt or high heels to look feminine. A feminine woman is feminine no matter what she wears. Audrey Hepburn would have looked feminine in a burlap sack or dungarees !

No, IMO shorts are just as good, if not better.

No, this is not the 50s. A woman does not need to be in a skirt, dress, and/or heels in order to feel "feminine". Mooseketeer actually explained this perfectly, but I am unable to give her another rep at the moment!

I dont think a woman has to wear a skirt to be feminine, but to me most women have ugly legs. Seems once we get past 18, our legs don't look as nice. I know most women and some men would disagree. But I see too much cellulite, chunky badly shaped legs. I am pretty small and I even feel uncomfortable wearing shorts sometimes.

I don't wear skirts often at all (Like the last time I wore a skirt/dress was at a wedding last year)....yet I am the most girly-girl you will ever meet I wear heels, jewelry, make-up, flowy tops, and love to shop. I don't think you have to wear skirts to be considered feminine.

Mee tooo! This is the first summer I have been wearing dresses as a rule. Still, there is nothing better than jeans and a lacey top.
