I breastfed my two kids exclusively for a year each. The benefits of breastfeeding far outweigh any sagging. But, to be honest sagging was never a problem for me. I am older now and still have rather "perky" breasts. Go for it!

You are so lucky! While my boobs did get saggy after breastfeeding 2 kids (first child 9 months, second a full year), I can say that God is fair. I didn't get any streach marks!
I recommend the breast pads that are washable. It costs less and they are not as noticeable under your shirts. I agree that a good, supportive bra is a MUST, even at night. I loved the Avent manual breast pump. It worked better than any of the electric pumps I tried, outside of the wonderful Medela one. If you're going to breastfeed more than one child, that one is worth the investment!!!!

I found that the washable pads leaked! Everyone I know who tried the Medela and the Ameda Purely Yours said they work equally well. Ameda though is $150, while Medela is over $300.
