Body piercings (guys, thin)

How do people feel about body piercings? I'm thinking about getting one this weekend and I'm kind of nervous. I'd love some feedback.

I think that some people are strongly against them
Some people are strongly for them
Some people don't care one way or the other

If you want one, then get one.

I, personally, think they're pretty hot so post a pic afterwards.

Where are you planing on getting pierced. i personally am not crazy about piercings.

It's something that you probably shouldn't be asking other people about; if you like it, then do it and don't worry about what we thing.

As for me, I have my navel pierced, but that's it. I'd be kinda scared to get anything else pierced.

Well it is something else, lol.

Just looking for advice on how folks view piercings in general and if they like them. Obviously, they don't bother me since I'm all for body modification and self expression.

Not sure if it matters...but most guys I've gone out with have liked my navel piercing. Also, I have a couple of friends with piercings 'down there' and they've told me that they generally get a good reaction.

IMO people I see with tats or pearcings have a low self esteem, begging for abuse .

I think you very close minded, sorry.
I have some piercings, I am in my late 30s. Had them for years. I have a hoop nose ring, lots of ear piercings. And a small tattoo on my back. I don't have low self-esteem.

I agree- that is one of the most close-minded posts I've ever seen here.

I'll be 40 this year and I have my navel pierced. I also am college-educated and a good mother to my teen son. Some of my friends have piercings and they are upstanding citizens who would never dream of doing anything illegal.
