I was super relaxed going into it too, cracking jokes on the table. I felt the anesthesia slowly hit, felt like a nice little lull...I woke up however, looking down and saying I was too small and crying (this is what I was told). I am definitely NOT too small lol. 550 cc's on a primary augmentation is pretty rare in New York, surgeons here are very conservative. Even in a compression bra they look so big and pretty. My doctor did an excellent job.
I asked him about liposuction on my tummy area when he was marking my breasts and he said he didn't think I needed it but if I insisted we'll talk about it. I like how he is very professional and not money grubbing.

Oh yeah...it's shocking how ignorant many women are of bra sizing. It doesn't help that supposedly "professional" fitters at Victoria Secret (which is a joke, btw) put women into the wrong size bras simply because they have a narrow range in stock and want to make a sale.

Totally, and the give you the side-eye if you tell them the bra the recommended doesn't fit properly.
I'm the same: 550cc's but of Saline at 5'4" and about 135-140 depending on hardness of hitting the gym. Mine will be 12 this year so I'm thinking of getting them redone. Not because you "have" to after so many years but because I'd like to switch to silicone. I went from a 32A to a 36D/DD depending on bra and 32-36 due to my weightlifting

Go silicone! They have such a natural, soft feel. However you may want to go up in size because I've heard silicone looks smaller than saline. Congrats to making it to 12 years on one job!.
