It seems to be a big fashion statement w/ the teenage boys this Summer.. Have seen it all over where we live.

My brother went to baseball practice today wearing a red shirt, silver shorts, bright green shoes and black socks.

Honestly, I just don't think he cares what he looks like and that might be a big part of it
