I have cleavage up the wazoo and an ass so I'm always conscience of what I'm wearing and how it will fit. What the op posted is something that I'd wear with a pair of jeans.

Women are supposed to wear form fitting clothes. Even the fatties do it. It's not always right, but at least the model doesn't look like a streetwalker.

It appears to be form fitting which works well with her small frame.

Appears fairly casual in nature!

See, this goes back to what I was saying, about "suggestive" meaning low-cut, or otherwise exposed. I don't think form-fitting is "suggestive".

Well, I might revise my statement in view of some of the other posts. It depends on how large you are on top. Beyond a certain size, to deliberately call attention to huge ones would be "suggestive". What I saw in the second photo didn't seem excessive.

Only if she had really big boobs or a large well shaped butt. Otherwise, no.

I also have a small waist and curvy hips - so that sweater would accentuate my curves as opposed to just hanging there like it does on the model. It's just something that I have to deal with having a naturally large chest. I have an hourglass shape. I've always dealt with it. It might not be "fair" but it is what it is.
No wonder you get hit on several times a day!

Confuzzling.
The question was "would you characterize this kind of sweater on a woman as "suggestive"?" You stated a woman, not this particular woman. So, on her it is not suggestive with her small frame. On me it would be very suggestive given that I am very well endowed.

Does this question really need to be asked, this is common sense.

I don't think that you wearing that sweater with your new breasts could fit in it how someone with smaller breasts could.

I can't imagine how you would not be showing cleavage unless you had on a turtleneck as well.

Unless you showed a picture of yourself to show otherwise, I just totally wouldn't believe there was no cleavage showing.....
