on average, about once a month. not huge splurges, but i'll go to my standby stores and pick up a couple of pieces. i'm still trying to establish a solid "professional" wardrobe, so i'm always looking for versatile/stylish/on sale clothes.

If I see something I like and usually only if it's on sale. Good Lord I got a sleeveless shirt about a week ago that looks like some prissy woman would wear and I could never imagine myself wearing it. I put it infront of myself and my friend thought it would look good on me.

I tried it on and it actually did and had the colors in it I needed for a pair of capris I have.

It started out over 70 bucks, down to 59.99, down further and further still. I got it for 23 dollars which is still a bit much for me.

Ah well.

I like to buy clothes whenever I find something reasonably priced that actually fits well.
However I've been on quite a spending spree... and I've been returning more clothes than actually keeping them :P

Money and time more matters here.
It depends also on the nature to be fashionable and luxurious.
For me it is on about 5 times a year.

Hardly ever. I loathe shopping, I actually prefer a trip to the dentist ...

Also I am not a fashionista and tend to only buy classically cut clothes so the need is not there as long as the clothes last. I prefer to spend more for my clothes to last a long time basically.

Shopping to me is akin to torture and I cannot believe women especially see it as "therapy" and a "Hobby". What I buy I tend to buy online which avoids me the whole unpleasant experience of shopping around, having to deal with the retail staff etc...

I do buy accessories more often ( Pashminas, gloves, hats) but still pretty rarely by the average woman's standards I think. MY idea of heaven would be a classic wardrobe which would last until the day I died and never need replacing at all....

I go shopping 2-3 times a week. I don't always buy something, but how can you catch fabulous sales if you don't go on a regular basis?

You don't have to be loaded to shop often. Just gotta' hit up the right places or shops at the right time.
