Blonds are no more or less desirable than any other man, in my opinion. What makes a man desirable is whether the overall package is appealing, not just the hair color.
I'm not really attracted to white men, but of those I have found attractive they have been darker haired white men with dark eyes, or green eyes/blue eyes, never the blonde hair blue eye guy, they are typically too pale and the blonde hair just makes them look paler IMO.
1. Blonde hair blue eyed men are desired worldwide and can get women on a drop of a heartbeat because of it
and
2. Blonde hair blue eyed men are seen as feminine and women generally go for men with darker hair and tanned skin
I hear of how a Blonde guy can walk into Brazil and have beautiful women throwing themselves at him.
If we were to run an experiment, say put a handsome man with black hair and brown eyes and a handsome man with blonde hair and blue eyes in a country and ask them to try and hook up with as many women as possible, would you believe that a blonde man would have a significant advantage?
Maybe if we lived in the 50s.
Nowadays, I think people do not subscribe to Eurocentric values if they chose not to. Even though it's highly prevalent, people have options they go for what they like, not what they see in war posters and war movies with sailors and soldiers traveling the globe to pick up on exotic mistresses.
I prefer dark haired men with dark eyes. I don't know why. All of my family is dark haired, so maybe it is what I am used to. My mother and I are the only one with dark eyes, the rest have blue or green.
Luckily, my bf has the darkish hair, but his eyes are a sea of blue..... very pretty.

Trust me in many parts of the world it's great to be a blue-eyed blond fella.
In some other parts, it's not so much of a big deal (obviously in say Sweden it's just the norm) but I've not heard of blondness actually being a LIABILITY for a guy, anywhere.

I think it can be a liability for older men. I think blondness works best for men under 30.
