Default Stores You Refuse to Buy Clothes from

Walmart (Is there any explanation needed? That place is dirty and the workers are rude--gimme Target or Kohls anyday!)

JCPenny and Sears (back in the 90s yes, but now they have gone so down hill. They are both so understocked compared to other department stores and really don't carry many nice brands)

Abercrombie (When I was a freshman in high school it was all I would wear and I don't know what I was thinking! It's over priced for something that's really not all that cute)

Sears - they are overpriced IMO for the type of clothing they have.

Walmart - I refuse to buy anything from here.

Childrens Palace - i made a very large purchase from this store one time for my daughter - never again. The quality was so poor after one wash.

Probably The Gap, everytime I've been in there the clothes all looked the same to me and it was just boring.

Also, Macy's, as mentioned in another thread I worked for them years ago and they are so overpriced I can't justify spending money in there.

Abercrombie. I dont agree with them on a moral level.

Sears. I have never found any clothes worth buying there.

Walmart - I don't shop there at all
That's it. Any other store is fair game if I find something that I like. I have bought clothes at Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, etc. as well as Kohl's, JC Penneys and Sears.

I would agree with this... as long as it's cute, looks good on me, is of decent quality and not overpriced (expensive is fine, if it's worth the money), any store is fair game! However, I do have a personal vendetta against Victoria's Secret - long story, LOL.

It may be me but I find Kohls clothes do not wash well. A lot of their items are higher priced seem like irregulars.

I never see much in Walmart for me. I like nicely made plus size (14-16) but it's so hard to get things! I can spend the whole day trying to find a few items that I like made with quality and aren't a fortune.

I order a lot online, go to Fashion Bug (expensive though), Sears, where ever.

Walmart - Poor selection .. am not a fan of em.. atleast not in New Jersey..

Macy's - Obscene prices

GAP- I agree with Rapture- Everything looks the same , dull and boring

I like JC Penneys , Kohl's and also Liz Claiborne.. For kids clothes, OshKosh is good..

Never really shopped for clothes online, I'd like to try though

Anybody reccomend any good site for women's apparel ?

Abercrombie - can't even go in there the music is so annoying. Clothes are overpriced. Bought a pair of $75 cropped pants that fell apart the same season.

Nordstroms -- nothing in there. Started off as a cool store, now it's boring, boring, boring.
