Was she a Texas woman? There is a generational difference for sure. My mother would not have gone to the store without make-up. If I am just running out doing errands I don't wear any, but going out in the evening I can't go without.
She's an honorary Texan but she was born and bred southern baptist in Alabama but left as quick as she could for the great state of Texas.
I think because some women don't have a clue on how to put it on. I helped 3 old coworkers of mine on how to apply it.
I just wear eyeshadow, mascara, and gloss.
It seems the false eyelashes REALLY set other women off.
I'm not sure why. If I could have one peice of makeup, that would be it.
Until I read this thread I didn't even know women get mad at each other for things like wearng makeup. It seems too petty of a thing to get angry over. Someone would have to do something to me personally to get angry.
Anyway I would bet 100% of the time I would feel more attraction towards the woman getting yelled at for makeup, clothes etc than the woman who is expressing the anger.

Yes,all the time.
I don't know if it'd out of anger or jealousy.
For me,its most pronounced at work.
What a waste of time getting angry at someone else who wears make up, who cares and if they have too much on, who cares it is their choice to wear it and how they decide to apply it.
