Never saw it or heard anything like it before.

So many faddish styles I never got into. Sheesh! The only fads I remember from the 80's was ripped jeans and women wearing legwarmers.

I remember in the late-80's when my nephew wore cut-off sweat bottoms ~ inside-out ~ over a pair of long sweats. Looked absolutely moronic.

I live in Florida and have yet to see it, even in the theme parks where a lot of teenagers go.
