since I live in the desert, I don't need super high quality boots. Anyone know where I can find leather/pleather boots under 50/60 bucks? went to payless today and they didn't quite have what I was looking for and only found one style I wanted, at Dillards and it was still kind of up there for me: 60 bucks.
Checked the DSW website and their prices were up there too, but maybe I need to go in person too lol.
My DSW ones were about $65, and have held up for several seasons. A worthwhile expenditure.
That's stretching it for me but if its a really nice/good boot, I can splurge on just the one. I also want attractive enough winter boots since we get snow on the mountains here (only a 30 min. drive away). I know DSW always has some but I have to wait for them to go on sale first lol.
Honestly, though I have boots that are more up there, a couple of my faves are from F21 and were under $40!
I used to LOVE f21 but every time I go in there I try on a million things and nothing ever fits right anymore. I don't even know how they manage to sell anything. I hope their boots aren't the same story.
I think I'm subscribed to Just fab but I never get anything about boots/shoes. shoe dazzle sounds cool but I'm afraid I won't like what they send me. I want to be able to pick my shoes (unless their system changed and I'm not aware of it).

Well i just ordered for the first time off of justfab and i love my boots, cant wait to wear them. my mom always orders off shoedazzle and she seems to love them as well. also there has been a change to their websites wear you can see the boots they think you will like and if you dont see anything, you can click see all, or something like that.
Find the boots you like, try them on for fitment and then look for them online. I've bought many pairs of great boots cheaply on eBay. Thrift and consignment shops are also a great source for used quality footwear.
Last week, I got a pair of used Gucci driving shoes for $5.50 at my favorite thrift store.
Anyway, there are many women who buy clothing and shoes, then forget to wear them. Later on, they have to clean out their closets to make room for new purchases...
^^^^ ooooh great ideas! thank you! that is much more time consuming though so I will have to wait till I'm on school break.
