I always do. I have to. I'm always carrying necessities (tissues, hand sanitizer, chapstick, wallet) but to be honest, I really don't like carrying them sometimes. I think they're very bothersome, especially when you go to a social area where you don't even want to carry one!
I'm another older woman. I favor shoulder or crossbody bags. I've used a nifty under shoulder travel bag when I've been especially concerned about security.
I can't seem to do without a bag. I don't like really large bags, and I don't buy strictly for fashion, but I can't seem to do without a medium large bag of some sort.
I can't imagine life without carrying a purse. They're an important accessory for me, and I love being able to have just the right purse to add to an outfit. Especially in winter, when our clothes are hidden by coats, they're the biggest way to make a statement about who you are.
I like big bags and semi-coordinate. I'll go through a phase and carry the same one for weeks. It switch a few times in a week. Now my work week purse is a laptop bag that looks like a purse. And weekend is a big or small bag depending on what needs to get done. Today I have my new fave purse: a purple Michael Kors Hamilton bag. Classy and fun at the same time. . And big enough to hold all of the stuff I need for a day of errands.
I use a very sturdy tote bag on a daily basis. I'm not a big purse person, but I will splurge on one and use that for a couple of years until it breaks down.
I use a purse everyday plus a briefcase. I can't tell you the amount of weird stuff I have jammed in these items. I am in real estate and a mom of a 6 year old. I have lollypops, sanitizer, calculators, rubberbands and Chuck E Cheese coins.
I Love holding clutches, its my all time favorite. I prefer holding clutches than big handbags as i feel more comfortable and its also in style.
