Aw, I quite like my chunky Christmas sweater. This has been my holiday outfit the past two years and I think it suits me quite well.

See if you make your jaw look less prominent/strong. I think that's the only mannish thing (and that can be overcome; I'd say 10-15% of women have one mannish feature or the other).

Targetting that will be the best thing you can do. Other than that if you want it to stop go beyond feminine clothes by having glaring signs in your physical appearance that a woman would have and a man wouldn't. IE longer hair (curl or crinkle it if you want to go the extra mile) and paint your nails a bright color.

You're 25 and your profile claims that you have a job so why do you need your mom to go with you to the salon?

And why is your mom telling you to shower at this age?

Why???

Those are teenagers. You're not a teenager anymore. You're going on 26 years old.

Becuz I live under her house, her rules, and she dislikes me being dirty etc.

My mom wants me to be how see's fit and what she likes etc.

If my mid 20's daughter lived in my house I think basic hygiene would be a requirement though I can't imagine a mother having to convince her grown daughter to shower. Most adults shower without any prompting.
