Actually it really is not that unusual. My mom and my aunts are in their 60s but they look at least 20 years younger. I am in my 30s and if I have on no make up people think that I am college age (late teens-early 20s)

Renee looks her age these days. I was shocked when I saw a recent photo of her. She's undeniably besutiful, but she doesn't look like she's 40. Michelle has had work too. I think she looks kind of eerie because of it.

Naomi has had work...and she didn't have children. Look at the women on Realhousewives of Atlanta...they look their ages, not 10-20 years younger.

20 years ago and today

Not only does Naomi have access to the best skin care in the world, plus plastic surgery and Botox if she wants it, but she doesn't fry herself in the sun like so many people I know. They bake themselves on the beach and wonder why their skin is all leathery

Just look at Tanning Mom

Aging is occuring.

Why is it some people could do hard drugs, yet still look youthful?
Others eat healthy and exercise, and don't do drugs, yet still look older?

What? I never seen anyone in my life that did hard drugs and still looks youthful.

Too little too late? What was their life before that? Are they sun worshipers? Are they under-eating and overexercising?

There are many factors that create age:
- poor nutrition
- poor healthy work/life balance
- poor fitness
- health conditions
- sun abuse
- OD on cosmetics and chemical treatments
- genetics
- stress
- drugs use (pharm and street)
- mental health

Its that after 50 your lifestyle shows up on your face and on your insides.

Of course we are all getting older but there is that healthy older look and the
other one where your body just looks worn out.

I hate calling looking healthy youthful.
Its just healthy.

I think women who live in rural areas where the air is clean have really good skin after 40.
Anyone else notice this?
City air has to be so bad for your skin/body.

She is definitely drinking the blood of infants or something. She must be a vampire.

She's probably getting botox injections in the forehead area.

Good point. They, too, are women with access to expensive beauty maintenance products and procedures but they aren't exactly defying the aging process. There's definitely more at work than having the time and money to take care of yourself.

Here are some antiaging tips.
1. Watch your weight and eat healthy
2. Do not smoke (this can do more harm than you can ever imagine)
3. Maintain a good attitude (this shows in your face)
4. Be happy
5. Exercise
6. Stay out of the sun
7. Use sunscreen daily starting in your teens
8. Educate yourself on what is best for your skin.
