Target or Victoiras Secret. Target always seems to have pretty good prices for some pretty good quality bras. Walmart of Kmart have the poorest quality and only seem to last a few months before they actually start falling apart. I lke V S because despite the price, they last forever (I happen to have several in excellent condition after 6 years). As long as its padded and underwired, it works for me, lol.

as for the poster who talked about washing - try handwashing your bras and allowing them to hang dry - might find that they'll last longer.
That's what is recommended, and I am aware of it.
But, mysteriously, I ALWAYS end up washing them in the washer anyway....lol.....
But, I hear ya...they SHOULD be washed by hand.

Bali makes 34DD in stylish varieties and they are available on-line frequently on sale.

If the wire is poking your underarm the cup size in that style is too big OR you are buying to large a band size and using the last row of hooks which is pulling the wires under the arm instead of cupping the booby area.

This style has a great fit and comfort straps and a wide variety of sizes - and for the price it is not a tragedy when they wear out:

I wash mine on gentle cycle then hang them up to dry. I think the heat from the dryer might be damaging as well.

The heat from the dryer breaks down the elastic in the bra.......it is a good idea to hang them up.....good suggestion lily:-)

Yes I agree, martinez. I do the same for most of my clothes, or will just tumble them in the dryer a few minutes to get wrinkles out, then hang them up to further dry. Really does preserve clothing longer, especially cottons. Also use a spray on de-wrinkler after the dryer.

No - but I don't wash them in the machine. I hand wash them and lay flat to dry. I do this with pretty much all my bras, and they last for quite a while!

make sure you have the right band size. measure your chest directly under the breast and add 4 inches for the band size. then measure at the widest part of your breasts and each 1 inch difference is a cup size. (ex. 4 inches is a d cup). personally, i like fredericks full support without lace so it makes a smooth line.
