The photoshop ruined her in that Mac picture. When will someone finally put an end to all this false advertisement? I know every ad is manipulated. These cosmetic, shampoo, and advertisements that are marketed toward women don't portray real women at all. I find it sad.

Looking at her without the dress, now I question just how much photoshopping was done, to change her figure at least. She does have a very small waist and ample chest (likely fake, but what fitness model doesn't?). I'm sure some manipulations of the lighting was done, but I really don't think the changes to her body were major or negative.

But I've never cared that much about 'shopping, as long as it contributes to the overall appeal of the image and isn't too over the top.

I think its just the way her body is turned. Everyone's waist looks really thin with that twist. Highlights make her arms look bigger than usual. She looks better natural but it wouldn't of been as eyecatching as the image chosen.
