If you're a gal, how are you going to stop "chest sag". Wrinkle free face and boobs dragging to the floor.

That's a weird visual.

It's all relative, a moving target so to speak.

Can't recall the title, but I picked up book at library & it fell open to a page that said something to the effect of:
"you will never again be as young as you are today, and today you are the oldest you have ever been"
-both true statements, self-evident, but they still struck me as worthy of pontification/philosophizing.

One may regularly (across the lifespan) compare one's self at current age with one's self at younger age, and feel "old", sheerly by dint of still being alive to make such comparisons.

From Jaclyn Friedman's "What You Really Really Want", 2011:

From "How We Age" by Marc E. Agronin, 2011:

pg.35: "Old age, then, is less a product of nature and more of a human achievement wrestled from nature."

Oh my goodness. I suggest learning how to accept reality or you are going to be very unhappy.

Taking care of yourself is one thing - denying aging and death, quite another.

Stop. Just accept you are getting older. Getting older is good. I'm 23 too and people call me ma'am. I am glad they call me ma'am and not little girl. Besides, if you don't want to look old, just take care of your health and skin. I take care of my skin and people think I'm 18-21. I rarely drink, don't smoke, wear moisturizer and cleanse my skin well, exfoliate, etc. etc.

There isn't anything bad with getting older as long as you are taking care of yourself. Look at Anderson Cooper. He is in his 40's and he is hot!

I have no idea how old she is but she looks at least 30 to me. That's not an insult just the truth.

How do you know if you're aging?

Everythings hurts and if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work.

She's fit and she has mostly nice skin. But you can see the lines starting to form around her mouth at the Super Bowl Halftime show. It doesn't snap back immediately as young skin would. I say she looks her age.
