No breasts are a mix of fat and tissue. Everyone has different ratios. You can be "slim" and have DDs and you can be "heavy" and have As. It is entirely generic on whether or not you have breasts and are prone to have them change sizes with weight gain or weight loss.

Firstly, I agree with this guy^^. If somebody doesn't like you for who you are, well **** 'em!

However, here is my opinion on a woman's figure:

I am a man, and in my opinion, boobs do not have to be huge. However, I do prefer them to be perky. So I would recommend the surgery for someone if the breasts are saggy, as a boob-job will fix that 100%. However if they are not saggy, don't waste your money. Although I do like large breasts, many small-breasted women are definitely very beautiful; it has more to do with the shape than the size.
