I don't knock any woman who wants to have fake breasts, but the ones that are really out of proportion to a person's frame, I don't think that's an attractive look.
And sure, you'll get lots of male attention, but like for so what? ---not for you but for plastic sacs you're wearing under your skin.

well, personally, I always thought about getting a boob job. Partly because I am from orange county California, image is everything, partly is becasue I see guys talking about big boobs all the time.
I have seen my girlfriend's fake boobs and they look great. Honestly they don't feel hard at all. With current technology and everything, hard fake boobs have become history. My girlfriend's fake boobs look even more natural than the natural big breasts. They look fabulous.
Well, I have long legs becasue I am tall (5'7") and I have very shaply ass due to working out, and I am naturally pretty thin, 123lb. But my chest size is 34B. I have never gotten any complains from men in the past but I always DO wonder though, "WIll they find me to be more attractive if I have bigger breasts?" B honestly look small on my frame because I am tall.
Women with smaller or medium size breasts, do you want to get bigger ones?
All men like big boobs, is it a myth or is it true?

Just keep in mind as you age, having babies your breast size does increase .... I was younger in my 20 I was 34B after kids 34C... I'm 50 now, 5'4 size 4 ...I prefer 34B, I could go bra-less ....

Here's something from the website of a cosmetic surgeon who does breast implants:
The reality of implants is that you should be aware that you may have one or two follow-up surgeries in your lifetime. It’s not a given, but it is better to be prepared for the possibility than to be surprised when you experience a complication or dissatisfaction with your implants.
When it comes to the “average lifespan” of implants, there are no guarantees. Some will last a lifetime, while others have complications within seven years. On average, the majority of implants last 10-20 years without complications. Recent FDA reports indicate that about 20% of women will have their breast implants repaired or replaced within 10 years of the original surgery.

Also, what's it going to be like when women in their 80's are walking around with the huge high breasts of a 20 year old? Freaky.

I'm a medical transcriptionist and have transcribed for a few plastic surgeons. I've "done" a ton of revisions over the past few years. It's almost always a problem with the implants or the symmetry; rarely is it a case of the patient wanting an upgrade or downgrade.
