Ideally , I think it would be best for a woman to have small breasts initially , and then as the years progress develop only a little at a time.
Though my wife's breasts were perfect B I think , I never wanted for more than that .
My daughter suffered with streach marks being some whatover weight and simply got fed up with men that only wanted to play.
A woman that seems to provide her self to be simply a toy, is likely to be set aside like a toy , for the next latest and greatest.
I actually pity women that have all that hanging in front ,their lives are competely obsorbed in one feature .
Life is far more than that.

I have no idea if that's true or not, but as a medical transcriptionist who has transcribed numerous breast augmentation surgeries, I've never had a pastic surgeon specifically state that he did that. Not saying it isn't true, just saying in my experience it has never been dictated as part of the surgery.
Fake boobs look like 2 big plungers without the handles, they look awful. Natural perky smaller boobs are much better. And years later when gravity begins its descent, smaller is better than whopper size.

On a serious note to address preference, smaller is better. What I've found (generalizing, so don't go off on me) is large breasted women -especially if they developed them in early age - are a distraction that can in many instances 1) hamper their social and emotional development as it provides undo attention from juvenile minds 2) their peak attractiveness as early pubescent types is achieved early and they develop an over reliance on them as sexual fishing 'lure' 3) gravity causes undo back problems 4) to look attractive they need a winch to cinch and prop those puppies
Small breasted women generally are more appealing simply because in many instances, since they didn't have those big attention getters at an early age, they generally do a better job being more 'well rounded' (no pun intended) in other areas of attractiveness (personality etc..) and they will work harder at learning to sexually please a man without relying on 'mammary' assets.
A small breasted woman with great posture and a fine chassis (I postulate- not that a have a large data set from which to gather) will likely be a more 'giving' ride based on the physics.

I haven't read through all the posts on here and somebody else may tell you the same thing. Men may talk about boobs (myself included) but when I saw someone I liked and wanted to be with, I was wanting to be with the whole person, inside and out, not just the boobs. If you find the right man size won't matter. I believe you're wanting this done more for you instead of trying to look good for the men. If I was a woman I could find a whole lot better things to spend money on than to have stuff crammed in my boobs.

That's because it's not true (or very rarely so). The nipples are repositioned for breast reduction, not augmentation.

I prefer a woman who is confident in her own skin.
Also, from a purely visual point of view, larger fuller breasts on a small frame look outstanding be they real or fake. From a sexual point of view, real breasts I would assume are superior. Ive never touched fake boobs before, but from what I've seen in porn, they (fake boobs of ANY size) tend to not be as sensual and sexy as REAL ones.
When it comes to sexual activities, I actually prefer smaller real breasts with big puffy nippl*s.
Big REAL breasts look good on small frames. Big REAL breasts on fat women are a turnoff, mainly because the woman is fat though as her size/weight trumps everything else.
