I"m small-chested but I kinda like that. I can't see myself getting surgery for a bigger size.

At least you won't trip on 'em when you're 50!

Do what makes you happy! Please don't get bigger boobs to please the guys out there. I'm small, but in my experience guys don't care. They are just happy to be with a naked chick and boobs are still boobs even if they are small. Being confident with what you have is always a plus and Victoria's Secret is one of my best friends.

Ha, I just ordered one of those VS bombshell bras that supposedly add two cup sizes. It's for a costume, but I'm thinking of taking it for a test drive just to see people's reactions. Much cheaper and less painful than a boob job and when I'm sick of them, I can just take it off.

Natural, athletic, just big enough for my hands. I do have fairly large hands though to go with my feet.

My wife asked if she should get a breast augmentation now that all the kids are in high school/college and we're just about 50. I told her that it's not the business end so it's all her call. She just went to Victoria's Secret instead. Then bought herself an AR15 in Hello Kitty pink with the money she saved.

Guns, boobs and lingerie what more could a guy ask for...

Yeah, heaven forbid a woman actually have a bit of confidence and a body part she thinks looks nice.

Oh wait... if she's fat she has to hate herself and be in a constant state of self loathing. My bad.

That's a good question. I mean - if you're born with small breasts, it should have nothing to do with your sense of self-esteem. It's not a mutation, it's normal, common, and mundane. Your confidence would be built around yourself as a whole, and you wouldn't define your self-worth by the size of your breasts.

On the other hand, if you -had- breasts, and they had to be surgically removed or drastically reduced due to medical needs, I could totally see how this would be a blow to existing self-esteem. But - again - the self-esteem wouldn't be because of the existence of breasts. At least, not a healthy self-esteem. An UNhealthy self-esteem might. But any doctor who performs surgery to fix a personality problem, needs to have surgery on their brains.

For any guy wondering why a breast enhancement would bolster a woman's confidence, well, picture yourself getting ready to undress in front of a lady only to expose a tic-tac. Men are no different, there just aren't any reasonable surgeries to "correct" small male genitalia.
