One of the actresses I work with is breaking out on her nose a lot-- she says its never happened before. We are doing a film and my makeup person is losing it trying to cover the breakouts. We have tried different types of makeup, cleansers, toothpaste, frozen Visine to take out redness, but to no avail. They are blotchy breakouts that have very small bumps-- some are just red spots without a bump.

Anyone have any tips??
