What I really appreciate about Thrive, is that, on their website, they'll show several examples of what the shade looks like. I've always had a hard time finding the perfect one and usually have to mix two together.

Men don't have to worry about foundation. And it looks odd to see women where their entire face is covered with one evenly applied shade of foundation with accents of eye makeup and blush contours. Let your skin breathe!!! And save a ton of money not buying so much makeup products.
Me, too! I finally figured out I really hated the monochromatic flat look foundation gave me. And I hated the feel on my skin.

Then I started hating concealer. It was too heavy.

I tossed it all. I use CeraVe eye cream under and over my eyes, top it with Ultaís Moisturizing stick foundation lightly to cover my dark circles, and brighten the eye. I use their lightest shade. My dark circles are practically invisible anyway. And I need all the moisture I can get.

A little blush, a little mascara and eyebrow pencil, and Iím out the door.

I usually use Clinique's CC cream. It's a lighter coverage. It's hard to tell someone else what is the best foundation because it depends on your skin. Is it dry, oily, combination? My skin is very dry now and I use a serum, then a moisturizer, then a primer before putting on the foundation which thankfully I don't wear very often as it's quite a hassle. I have found the powder foundations like Mineral Secret are way too drying for my skin and although I don't have many wrinkles yet the powder does settle in those few.
