Being flat-chested doesn't take away from a woman's femininity. Of course I could date one, and have many times.
You know,i could never get answers to this question,but i do not get why many people seem to think breasts are the ultimate,most feminine thing a woman could have when hips,buttocks,and thighs are also used to determine femininity.

Absolutely..in fact I prefer it. I am tall and lanky so I also love it in a woman, especially if she is fit. I am also a runner so I see a lot of hot skinny runner girls. They are indeed my preferred "type."
To me, the girl in the pic has a perfect bod.
Big boobs are butts never did a thing for me. And being fat is a deal-breaker.

Flat-chested women usually make it up in other areas in terms of their looks. Being flat-chested has nothing to do with getting a man. Some men don't care about the size. Better to have small boobs than large ones that fall low enough to look like 2 huge nuts between the thighs
I have dated a woman that could be categorized as "flat". It's such a derogatory assessment of someone. And knowing her the way I did, she was as beautiful as anyone on earth. Not just physically, but emotionally too.
Not going into details on what happened, but she was not blessed with those "assets", and it mattered not.
The answer to the question, for me, is it's not even something that I consider...
