But is it possible to tell if a woman has implants when she has clothes on? I'm not sure.

I've identified a few things, which I think MIGHT work.

-If she has large breasts, but no cleavage when wearing a low cut top, like this:

-And the other if she is wearing a top, and the breasts look very separated.

Again, I don't know if these are signs, just speculating.
You're overthinking it.

If she's extremely skinny with extremely large breasts, there's a good chance they're fake.

Other than that, I don't think you can tell fully clothed, especially these days with the space-age bras that can make the smallest or saggiest pair look like implants under a sweater, or even showing cleavage.

Maybe losers.

Y'all know breasts don't naturally mush together, right? Even women with large, close set breasts have a separation between their breasts.

The only one I knew with certainty was seeing the wedding pictures of the daughter of my parents' friends. The wedding dress showed a lot of cleavage and there was quite a canyon there. She didn't have that canyon in her 20s. Also, she was raised in SOUTH Orange County, CA, so consumption of boob jobs made it even more likely.
Like Tori Spelling.

So much money, so much bad surgery.

Her boobs are ridiculous. They are far to big for her scrawny frame, and she has actually been maimed somehow and one is almost square....possibly from attempts to "fix" a bad job.

Yet she still insists on low cut tops and bikinis.

Ew.

Bingo!

But I always get asked because they do look so natural. That's why I paid so much for them
