formal/dressy shoes for size 2 kids feet (clothes, thin, women)

im a grown woman and constantly needing appropriate shoes for church/parties/cocktail dresses/formal affairs, but i have kids size 2 feet. i usually try to scour malls and shoe stores for any rare chance they have that, but it's really rare and that's why i have given up on shopping for clothes at all. hate, hate, hate having to attend such occasions just so i can be sociable to coworkers.

just wondering if there are women out there who have the same situation as me and how they coped with it.

I have a friend who is similarly sized. I can't remember if she is a 2 or a 3. She has the best luck at Nordstrom. She basically has them pull everything they have in her size, and she usually goes to both the kids and adult section (I think). Otherwise, most online sites let you sort by size.
