Well it kinda depends on your definition of "overweight". Can "FAT" women be hot? NO. Can an "overweight" woman be hot? Depends. Possibly. But instead of "hot" you more than likely would have to say "pretty" or add a caveat like "she has a hot face".
Im trying to think of an overweight woman who is/was hot, but Im drawing a blank right now. Maybe I can find an example pic to post.
Some overweight women can be very attractive. I will take a curvy woman who is comfortable in her own skin and wears her weight well any day. Like the real estate cliche says; location, location, location. The descriptor "curvy" has been hijacked by women who are flat out fat but I tend to go for women who fall into the traditionally curvy category. Ample breasts, round rear and a defined hour glass shape is what I go for. Of course, a pretty face is a necessity.
I have seen some gorgeous faces on some very large bodies and have caught myself guiltily thinking "what a waste." I know, it's a terrible thing to think but I feel that way.
It was all in her lower half. She had a thin face and an average mid section. I was shocked to here a few of my friends say that she wasn't attractive. Then again, the friends in question are good looking guys and are always dating thin, athletic women.
I'm a good looking, fit guy, and I like curvy, thick women. Especially if the booty is big.
I often date women who weigh more than me. Although, some women don't feel comfortable dating a guy who is thinner than them.
180 is huge though. I mean I know plenty of guys that weigh 180. I don't think they'd be very comfortable like that. Now 140 could be fine. Of course it all depends on where her fat is. If it's mostly in her boobs and butt, then that should be ok.
You can't just declare a certain number to be "huge". You don't know what you are talking about. SO much depends on frame size, height, how the weight is carried, etc.

I think they can be pretty, attractive, cute, have a nice shape, etc. But based on my definition of female "hottness," no, an overweight women can't be hot. For me to consider a woman hot, she has to be in shape and fit. Obviously this can vary from person to person based on their personal definition of "hot," so YMMV.
