I'm amazed at what some women think is acceptable to wear these days. I've seen leggings so shear that you
can see everything, including cellulite through them. Some of them look like someone stretched an old pair
of pantyhose with nothing on underneath and called them "pants".
Then you have the low-cut jeans without underwear look, where any slight bend and half of someone's butt crack
is visible. Yeah, the male rapper wannabes do the same thing with the loose, low hanging pants but at least they have boxers or something underneath them.
I've seen women running in shorts that may as well have been a two piece, I think a two piece bottom would have covered
more.

Male rappers? There are male two cashiers at Whole Foods where I live, one of whom somehow manages to rig his pants so they hang below his rear all day, exposing his underwear in full (and they're not boxers!), the other one's pants chronically slide down his rear, so he's always pulling them up. I've never seen this level of exposure in public. Don't stores have minimum dress codes anymore?

That's disgusting. Obviously the management there doesn't care. I would let them know (the management), that as a customer you find it offensive that employees dress like that. So the guy is constantly yanking his pants up over his underwear all day and handling people's food. Ugh!!
Plus, nobody wants to see me in a string bikini...
Cold and string bikini? I think that is exactly the look we should all go for. What are you talking about with this logical clothing choice of yours of staying warm in cold weather. Pfft.

My bad, I forgot that my body must be on display at all times regardless of weather or comfort.
I actually look pretty awesome today. Skinny jeans, creepers and an old man cardigan. I'm surprised the dudes aren't chasing me down.
Check out some of the Burberry Prorsum stuff for women. Some of it includes half of what the OP is talking about - bikini-like bottoms for otherwise "fully dressed" women.
What is ran on the runways (haute couture) is rarely going to find itself winding down to the street level (pret a porter)
