IMO, the problem is: you are not biracial, and you can't be what you are not, even with surgery. I don't know if such a surgery exists, but even if it does, it may not make you look the way you dream to look, it could even fail big time, or kill you. Is looking different worth that? I don't think so. I think you need to change the way you think... The advice given to you by MauriceP is not as bad as you think...
What will make me happy is plastic surgery. I want to look mixed
You should be making appointments with plastic surgeon's, not asking here.
If you do that you are believable, asking here is just attention seeking.
