its a sum of all parts, the score reached by evaluating specific attributes and amalgamating them into a numerical scale. like any form of subjective "review" it all comes down to personal preference and experience.

easy to understand answer: yes, boobies, butts, personalities, toes, character etc etc all add weight to what someone will perceive as "almost perfect"
