The town I lived in, if you saw someone in their pajamas and slippers in the market at 10:00 at night, the thought, "druggie or boozer" immediately jumps to mind!

I worked as a mechanic for a while and used to change into my uniform at work, so I'd wear PJs so I didn't ruin a perfectly good outfit with grease/oil on my way home. If I ruined a $5 pair of GAP pj pants I didn't feel as bad as when I ruined a pair of $80 jeans. Sometimes, I ran into the store after work to grab a few things in my pjs, a sweatshirt and flip flops.
I wonder how many people thought I was a slob or a druggie/boozer?
Actually...I did have a reputation for being a druggie...I get IV infusions every other week because of a genetic disorder and because I occasinally develop keloid scarring I have 'track marks' up and down my arms.
Maybe that's why I'm a lot less 'judgey' than most people.

hah, where I live it could very likely be a genius CEO of some tech company, LOL
We're in the Silicon Valley and some of the people I see working for the tech giants could easily pass for hobos...it's like sitcom nerd stereotypes coming to life

Well, I've seen drugs and alcohol almost destroy the lives of some people...so I guess I'm a lot less "Ghandi" than most people.

So have I. I grew up in an area that is known for meth use. It's not my place to judge a stranger especially considering that person could be completely sober or have a condition like mine. It hurts getting judged as a druggie when I've never touched the stuff.
I know its her thing and she looks ok enough to wear it but it doesn't look ok in that setting. Looks awkward.
Ok, that's going overboard. I've seen pictures of this 'celebrity' out and about, and it seems that every outfit she has on is only worn for attention.
Some hooker-looking minor who married a 50-something actor for the attention and who is trying to desperately launch a 'career'...one that will allow her to use her 'assets'.
She's a person who wears the most revealing, tackiest and smallest outfits she possibly can whenever she's out and about, and it's clear that she's doing it for attention. Pretty tacky, IMO.
