I saw this only recently at a store and have no idea how this is use it? It seems like a tinted moisturizer but does more.
Do you use it? What does it do and how do you use it.

My understanding is that it is a light foundation or tinted moisturizer, there are variations. They are supposed to have ingredients that whiten uneven areas and help minimize lines.
I had not tried them until my Korean friend gave me some samples of a Korean BB cream. I believe that the BB cream originally came from Korea, I could be wrong but I know the original did not start in the US. Anyway,I tried and loved it. Was lucky to find it at a Korean store here in Orange County ( thank God for diversity) so I bought some. I have used Chanel, MAC, Clarins and Clinique foundation and like this more than all others.
If you are near a Sephora you can go in and get samples of BB creams to try.

I have the Olay one. Seems to make my face shinier, not sure I like it.

It's touted as an all-in-one, and differs from a tinted moisturizer usually in that it has an SPF, but some tinted moisturizers have that as well. It's usually a bit more opaque than a tinted moisturizer.

I have tried several brands at several different price points, and have come to the conclusion that it is better for women with dry skin. My skin is, while not excessively oily, just oily enough that BB creams are a touch too greasy.

Completely agreed. I've found that I can use BB cream in the winter when my skin is a bit dry, but can't use it in the summer because it gets all greasy and gross. I only use a light moisturizer during the summer with spf and carry a parisol wherever I go for extra sun protection.

I've tried at least a dozen of different BB creams and I haven't been happy with any of them...and I have dry skin. I don't get the hype.

I got a very large sample of the Tarte BB cream -- and I don't like it either. It's too heavy, almost heavier than foundation. I'm sticking with tinted moisturizer.

I wanted to try it but they don't make it for my skin tone.

I think it is for younger skin, not enough coverage for me. I use it to even skin tone on a ruddy complexion, then put on a covering of sheer powder for a finish.

I use a BB cream from Revlon. I chose it because it came light enough for my fair freckled skin. I like it for everyday. But when I want a more finished look, I use makeup over it, and if I am careful, I really like the look I get. The BB is supposed stand for "blemish balm, blemish base, beauty balm or beblesh balm. . ." according to Wikipedia.

My makeup is expensive, so the less expensive BB cream (at least what I buy is less expensive) stretches the time between buying it. Revlon does color for warm blondes better than many companies do.

I use the BB cream over moisturizer, but I understand you can use it in place of moisturizer. It has a spf 30 rating.

I am a "mature" female with dry skin. Hope this helps.
