Well something like cancer and the removal of some of your skeletal structure, then reconstruction because you are missing half of your face. Things like that.

I will just add that a cousin's daughter had a rhinoplasty as a gift for high school gradation, so I think 18 is old enough to have one.

OP,

I think you should seriously consider seeing a psychologist before you talk to any plastic surgeons.

Any adult, child, teenager, whatever, that feels compelled to have reconstructive surgery because someone rejected them has some serious mental issues that need to be addressed, starting with a low self-esteem.

100% agreed. You are going to get rejected all the time. You can't change your appearance based on every rejection.

Did you read the thread that I linked to?? I have stated and will reiterate, that I would never consider any other woman besides the one I am trying to improve myself for. That is why I am asking about this surgery.

Thank you.

From the other post....
"In short, I can tell you that I have been interested in the same young lady since freshmen year of high school. She has rejected me repeatedly, and despite this I would NEVER Consider anyone else.

Dude... that sound rather creepy and obsessive.
She does not want anything to do with you (rejected repeatedly). And now that you are out of high school, you will probably never see each other much again.

Move on... without body altering surgery.

That is seriously weird, obsessive, creepy, etc. If she knew, she would very likely like you LESS (and find you very scary), not more.

OP, surgery will not help because the issue is clearly PSYCHOLOGICAL.

IF she knew, there might be a restraining order!

My goal is to improve my appearance to the point, where she would someday consider me. Perhaps at our ten year reunion......? I will wait for her as long as I have to. I would never even CONSIDER the possibility of any one taking her place.
