How can insurance cover facials?

It depends on your skin, if you have acne , and how you maintain it daily. I went years only using a retinoid and other acne treatments thinking I didn't need a facial (and facials aren't essential for skin care) but had my first several months ago and there was a real improvement. Almost entirely attributable to the extractions of blackheads which weren't visible to my eye and in places I don't normally apply acne products like around the jaw and sideburns area. The esthetician did so much squeezing my face was red and blotchy but she said to come back for a follow up to get the rest out - I had a lot of blackheads she said- and it wasn't as bad.

I've been going regularly every 2-3 months and haven't had the extractions be as hard as the first time. For me the extractions are the most beneficial part of having facials done

I do my own facials at home all of the time. I don't like wearing makeup these days so I try to make my skin as nice as possible. It seems to work well because I get told I look younger than my age all of the time.

Doing facials help in removing black and white heads that are clogged underneath our skin

Everytime I do facials, I feel like my skin is much cleaner as black heads and white heads clogged underneath my skin are removed. I feel cleaner and refreshed.

One more thing, great skin starts with what you put into your body. Lots of water, green tea and plant based foods will also give you great skin. Try to stay away from as much processed foods as you can and don't smoke.

I do facial once in one month or do bleach once in a month which makes my skin glowing, shiny and fresh.
