I find it interesting that this has exploded all of a sudden. I did always think those "fitness" or "aerobics" competitors were really awesome when I was a kid. I just thought it was so cool that they were super strong.

I would love to be super strong. Just need to put it on my priority list. Ask me in a year.

So you would consider the women in those pictures "toned" like the way you describe here?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's noticed.

I like my women with their fat in all the right places. That'd be hilarious and ridiculously emasculating if my wife was stronger than me.

I love lots of muscle, but only if they're not super lean. Strong and soft is the way to go.

Thick, naturally well-built ladies who work out. I don't care how strong they are - strength and fitness are attractive to me. You can be super strong and "girly" at the same time. Many elite athletes certainly are.

Hit that gym, girl. You'd look awesome (not that you don't already).

I'm one of those "muscle-y" women. lol

Most of those pics on that fb page are girls almost or at competition weight/size. I bet most don't walk around that lean normally.

Can't help but wonder if she can cook and keep house She could probably make her husband do it.

Also, wonder what a body like that would look like with a 9 month pregnancy.

Anyway, she's going to look great in her chair at the Nursing Home.

Unless someone has neurological or endocrine issues (steroids, etc.), the fact that they work out so hard now with resistance exercise will probably keep them from having to end up in a nursing home when they're older.
