I like a man with some meat on his bones, but more importantly, I want a good man who treats me with the same love and respect that I treat him with.

A person starts a thread asking women how they feel about weight and size on a man and the OP gets a bunch of typical female answers talking about the lifestyle he can provide, personality ect... Just answer the damm question.
To the OP, I've been around for a bit and I notice a lot of pretty women with fatties for a significant other. I usually assume that these men are doing really well financially and pay the rent, or more to address your original question, many women secretly prefer a guy with a bit of a gut b/c it allows them to get one themselves eventually.
A fit/lean man will leave a woman or sleep around b/c he'll probably have more options. Unless he lives in a town with a small population where there aren't many options.

Honestly, I prefer a man a bit huskier. I am not attracted to a thin guy.

Get for real. I answered the question in my post, but there are more important things than the size of a man.
I have had muscular men, skinny, runners body, overweight. Of them all, I prefer my SO, who is overweight. Of all the men, no matter what the size, he holds the most important thing ever...that being my heart.

Honestly, personality is everything to me, so if I was single, it wouldn't really be a factor, but...
I do prefer slightly chubby over underweight. My husband is very fit, very muscular, but he's got that little bit of waist pudge that makes him so squeezable. And I love it.
ALSO - some of the male responders here are misunderstanding the question. The OP didn't ask "do you prefer overweight men or trim, physically fit men?" OP asked about a preferences for slightly overweight men versus slightly underweight men. If you're answering "ladies love my six pack abs" or "fit men will leave their ladies because they have more options", you're not getting the question. To my mind, 'underweight' doesn't mean attractive, fit body or six pack abs - it means gawky, knobby knees and elbows, an almost concave chest. But some women I know prefer that look over the muscles-with-a-little-extra-body-fat look that I prefer.

Thin but not underweight. Underweight/Overweight are both bad.
