Since when has this been an acceptable look? I can see if maybe your in computers or IT company. But most places Im aware of this is a no no. But I'm seeing it more often. Do new college grads lack class?

Tat's, piercings, flip flops. They all define people 'of a certain age' and class.

My office setting is very casual and you will see a number of people, from late 20's through mid 50's wearing flip flops.

What you will never see is me wearing them though! I don't even like to wear jeans to work, even though 90% of my co-workers do on a regular basis.

Flip Flops are pretty ugly on 69% of guys whether they are in the office or not.

Can't run in them, feet get dirty, they don't protect your feet and worst of all, we the general public gets to look at these out of shape dudes with their surfer shirts and flip flops with pasty white legs, gross ugly untrimmed toenails and nauseating edema marks from the socks they were wearing earlier.

Hell no! But then again, I don't think they should be worn outside one's house.

House and beach...other than that...just no.

Not even IT...seriously. Drop a server rack on your foot and then stare at your severed toe rolling across the floor and ask about your fashion choices being due to class or stupidity...

GAHHHHHHHHHH!

Flip flops should be for pool, lake, beach or back yard. It's kinda like wearing you slippers to the office. No class.

Not appropriate for the office.

A lot of companies have dress codes that forbid open toed shoes or sandals for safety reasons.
