If you'd really wanted to know you could've Googled it... But here it is anyway: Body language - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

To me it's hard to believe that there's anybody these days that doesn't know what body language is because the concept's been around for a VERY long time. I read the first book about it in the '70s, 'nuff said! I always wanted to know what made people "tick" so, of course, I was fascinated with it, it's a great tool used by many professionals, it's taught in police academies which is why policemen usually know when someone's lying to them. Personally, I try to adapt my body language to convey whatever message I want to send out rather than allow it all the time to reveal all my internal "little secrets" (moohahaha!).
