I don't know if any of those are purely genetic. Even a large nose probably is partly determined by environment.
A long, narrow face can be partly due to a genetic disorder - Marfan Syndrome, for example - and that's often a homely look on either sex. Weird ears can be caused by genetic disorders, and they usually look worse on men (due to shorter hair).
