Is there some sort of internal thin pants for thermal purposes (thermal underwear?) that does not wrap around the pelvis? As a man, I find that that area is already warm enough and also when I sit down while wearing any sort of pants that hugs too closely at the crotch, it's very uncomfortable. At least, I would wish that it might wrap around the pelvis except for the part where it is not needed and would be more comfortable to be left unwrapped so as not to be pressurized and damaged when sitting down.

Or maybe one that is snug around all the leg area but loose fitting in the pelvic area would be fine too if such clothing exist.
